But the most profound change of all was the way that nature had helped me to reconnect with myself. As I spent time in the outdoors, I found that I was able to tap into a sense of peace and inner wisdom that had been buried beneath the chaos of daily life. I realized that nature had a way of bringing me back to my true self, and I was grateful for the healing it had provided.
