I’ve dealt with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome twice in my life. I know the difference between Chronic Fatigue from adrenal exhaustion and Chronic Fatigue from the spike protein. The two feel and behave differently. Both leave you feeling exhausted, but the spike protein does a bit more.

Adrenal fatigue can make you tired. With adrenal fatigue, you may only have about four hours of action time. Then you sleep, rest, wake up, and do it all over again.

But with the spike protein – that’s a different animal. The spike protein turns off your mitochondria, and the mitochondria stop producing energy for your body. A little activity, and the next day, you may be bedridden. You’re hungry, but nothing satisfies the craving because your mitochondria are sleeping and can’t transform enough nutrients to repair your body. Instead, the nutrients get suspended, waiting for final processing that never comes. The food starts to ferment, causing swelling, puffiness, and weight gain throughout your body.

The more exhausted you get, the more your muscles hurt. You get cramping and muscle spasms. Shortness of breath, asthma, and brain fog that feels like a blanket between you and the world. You can see it, but you can’t reach it.

Once upon a timeI didn’t want to live the life the spike protein and Western Medicine had laid out. I wouldn’t be a science experiment for every new experimental drug. And I wasn’t going to play Cinderella, hoping someone would save me. In the infamous words of Shrek, “Yeah, like that is ever gonna happen!”

Yet, something amazing happened. East Asian Medicine surpassed my expectations, and maybe my expectations were already high because I had experienced my mother’s use of East Asian Dietary Therapy to heal herself from stage 3 cancer. Those are some really high expectations. I wasn’t sure I could be effective enough.

A quote from Sun Tzu’s book The Art of War has guided me.

“He who knows his opponent and knows himself will not be imperiled in a hundred battles.”

I have continued to study and learn about the spike protein reading research worldwide. The more I knew about the enemy and saw individuals suffering from the unique fatigue that comes from the spike protein, the better I became at blending Eastern Medicine to address the harm caused by the spike protein.
