Here is a 3-day meal plan designed to help you lose weight. This plan is based on a daily intake of 1500 calories, which is a safe and effective amount for most people looking to lose weight. It includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods and is low in calories, fat, and added sugars. Keep in mind that everyone’s nutritional needs are different, so you may need to adjust this plan based on your individual needs and preferences.

Day 1

Breakfast:

1/2 cup oatmeal with ½ unsweetened almond milk

Snack:

1 small apple with 1 tbls almond butter

Lunch:

4 oz grilled chicken w/ 1 cp roasted vegetables & ½ cup quinoa

Snack:

1 small handful of mixed nuts

Dinner:

4 oz baked salmon w/ 1 cp roasted brussel sprouts and ½ cp brown rice

 

Day 2

 

Breakfast:

2 scrambled eggs  with 1/2 cup sautéed spinach and 1/2 small avocado

 

Snack:

1 small carrot and 2 tbls hummus

Lunch:

4 oz turkey with 1 cp mixed greens, ½ cp cherry tomatoes, ¼ cp cucumbers & 1 tbls basalmic vinegar

Snack:

1 small Greek yogurt and ½ cp berries

Dinner:

1 black bean and vegetable soup and 1 slice whole grain bread

 

Day 3

 

Breakfast:

½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt with ½ cup diced pineapple and 1 tbls chia seeds

Snack:

1 small pear with 1 oz cheddar cheese

Lunch:

4 oz tofu and 1 cp steamed broccoli and ½ cp quinoa

Snack:

1 small orange with 1 tbls peanut butter

Dinner:

4 oz grilled chicken with 1 cp roasted sweet potatoe and 1 cp roasted asparagus

 

Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and help flush out toxins. If you are hungry between meals, feel free to add in additional snacks or increase the portion sizes of your meals. It is also important to get regular physical activity to help support your weight loss goals.
